Exemplary Leaders Awards Dinner

The American Leadership Forum-Mountain Valley Chapter proudly presents the 2026 Exemplary Leaders Awards Dinner and 30th Anniversary Celebration on Friday, November 6, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. This special evening will celebrate 30 years of bringing together diverse leaders from across the Sacramento region to strengthen collaboration, deepen understanding, and create lasting community impact.

The event will honor exemplary leaders who embody the values and mission of ALF-MVC through their leadership, service, and commitment to the greater Sacramento region. This year’s honorees include Kristen Martin, CEO (Ret.) of Sacramento Cottage Housing, Inc.; Lydia Ramirez, EVP & COO of Five Star Bank; Randy Sater, President of StoneBridge Properties; and Todd Vogel, who will receive a special Legacy Award in recognition of his decades of impact guiding ALF Fellows through transformational wilderness leadership experiences.

The evening will bring together Senior Fellows, community leaders, sponsors, and partners from across sectors for a celebration of leadership, connection, and ALF-MVC’s enduring impact on the region.
