2026 All Access Reception

On July 29th, we welcomed community members and leaders from across the region to our All Access Welcome Reception, an evening dedicated to connection and community.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Torence Powell, Ed.D., Chancellor of the Los Rios Community College District, and Lora Anguay, CEO and General Manager of SMUD, as they begin their new leadership roles in our region.

The reception was an opportunity to bring our community together, celebrate these new chapters of leadership, and strengthen the relationships that make ALF-MVC such a vibrant network.
