It enhances leadership capacity by building on the strengths of diversity, understanding and leveraging of differences, and by promoting collaborative problem-solving within and among communities.

Last night’s All Access Reception brought together an inspiring group of leaders for an evening of meaningful conversation, connection, and shared purpose. We were honored to feature Maraskeshia Smith, Bryan Whitemyer, and Adam Green, who shared thoughtful reflections on leadership, service, and the impact they hope to make in our region.
