Senior Fellows
Graduates of the program, called Senior Fellows, are using the skills and connections from their ALF experience to impact and transform both their community and work.
An important reason for becoming an ALF Fellow is the remarkable strength of the Senior Fellows network, both those in our chapter, community, and nationally. ALF-MVC connects and inspires Senior Fellows after their First Year Fellows Program. A majority of Senior Fellows continue to be actively involved through affinity groups, committees, and ALF related events.
Senior Fellows are encouraged to meet across classes and to build trust, inspiration, and understanding between individuals who otherwise would not become acquainted. As a result of these connections, cross-sector collaboration occurs to transform their communities, work, and region. The resulting ever-expanding network is a vital resource for the community served by ALF-Mountain Valley and for the Senior Fellows themselves.
