It enhances leadership capacity by building on the strengths of diversity, understanding and leveraging of differences, and by promoting collaborative problem-solving within and among communities.

The 2025 Exemplary Leaders Dinner was an unforgettable evening celebrating the power of collaborative leadership across our region. Surrounded by community, meaningful conversation, and shared purpose, we honored extraordinary leaders whose impact continues to shape the Sacramento region.
