Lisa Baker serves as the Chair of International Research and Global Exchange (IRGE) and Vice President of IRGE on the Board of Governors. Her presentation will focus on people-centered strategies for pre-disaster planning, post-disaster recovery, and housing affordability, examined through the lenses of equity and international perspectives.
