Message from the CEO

I want to thank you for being a part of the American Leadership Forum, a vision for a thriving region and a more connected community. The power of ALF is that together, we make up a highly dynamic and diverse network of exceptional leaders that is inclusive of all ethnicities, religions, orientations and identities. When you participate, you strengthen your connection to 541 ALF Fellows, comprising 19 sectors and six counties with elected and appointed officials at all levels of government.

I hope you will continue your involvement in ALF with your 2020 Senior Fellow dues contribution.

Thanks to you and senior fellows like you, we accomplished so much in 2019.

  • ALF operated four different programs with opportunities for fellows to engage and grow – our First Year Fellows Program, Senior Fellows activities, Leading Consciously Implicit Bias Initiative, and Encore Fellows Program.
  • We educated nearly 800 leaders which changed the depth and breadth of conversations, expanded countless networks, formed strong collaborations and created coalitions to build our communities.
  • We partnered with KVIE on Studio Sacramento which gave 5 Senior Fellows the opportunity to highlight their work throughout our region on public television.
  • We are currently recording our second season of The Drive an ALF podcast in partnership with Capital Public Radio that gets to the heart of the people in leadership. Host Katie McCleary (Class XIX) talks with leaders in our region about the moments that made them who they are and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. LISTEN AND SUBSCRIBE!
  • We launched our This is Me initiative.

Please continue to invest in yourself, your work, and our region by contributing your Senior Fellow dues for 2020. You have so many exciting ways to engage with the vibrant network we have all worked to create and sustain. Here is what your 2020 dues will do:

  • All Access Receptions
  • Activities, Affinity Groups, and Events
  • ALF Committees and County Meetings
  • Encore Fellows Program
  • First Year Fellows Program
  • Leading Consciously Implicit Bias Initiative
  • The Drive” Podcast in partnership with Capital Public Radio
  • Studio Sacramento in partnership with KVIE Public Television
  • Cohort Program launching in February

Please keep your commitment to ALF alive. Please select the contribution and payment option below that is right for you.

In community,

Bonnie Ferreira
